Customer pays RM100 to enjoy:

Basic Recovery (In Challenger Store Data Recovery)

Data recovery from:
Accidental files or images deletion or overwritten
Computer viruses or worms
Partitioning or boot-up problems
Formatted, corrupted or damaged of system, hard disk or memory chips

Result: If data unable to recover at this level. The device may escalate to Ontrack In-Lab and Cleanroom in Singapore. (No courier charges to customer)

Ontrack In-Lab and Cleanroom (Singapore)

To examine and generate evaluation report to identify whether software or hardware issue. Meanwhile, the report will indicate the recoverable file names and its total recoverable percentage
The report will send back to Challenger which allows customer to view the recoverable files before deciding to proceed with data recovery service.

Customer refuses to proceed to the Ontrack In-Lab Data recovery service.

Customer agrees to proceed to the Ontrack In-Lab Data recovery service.

The device will return back without further charges

Ontrack will issue Non-disclosure Agreement to protect confidentiality of customer data.

Logical Recovery

Data loss caused by software corrupted or damaged.

RM1050 inclusive of RM100 paid for basic recovery.

(Pay Additional RM950 only)

Physical Recovery

Data loss caused by hardware corrupted or damaged.

RM1950 inclusive of RM100 paid for basic recovery

(Pay Additional RM1850 only)

The device return to customer after data recovered.
