Retail Manager - Kuala Lumpur, Selangor

MYR3,500 - 5,000 (5 Days work)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate team by providing guidance, regular coaching and motivate our retail staff on selling skills, visual standards, product feature and benefits, membership program to enhance the unique shopping experience.
• Control and manage the level of in store inventory, new products, visual merchandizing, store cleanliness and customer complaints and returns.
• Execute and maintain all visual presentations, fixture plans, space plans and promotional strategies on the selling floors in support of corporate retail strategies.
• Prepare weekly sales reports, comparing with budget and provide competitive analysis of the retail market. Attend weekly retail cum merchandising meetings to resolve retail needs and take immediate follow up actions.
• Ensure compliance to company SOP & procedures.

 

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor or any of Challenger outlets.

Retail Management Trainees

Responsibilities

The objective of this position is to provide relevant work exposure for the candidates to assume a future role in Retail Manager in one of our outlet after 2 years.

Requirements

• Report to Retail Manager regarding category performance & inventory movement.

Requirements

• Diploma/STPM or Degree holders in any discipline
• Meticulous, detailed & customer service oriented.
• Experience in retail & IT is preferred.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good team spirit, organizational & negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, negotiation, liaison and follow up with vendors
• Develop & maintain good buyer-supplier relationship
• Overall responsible for effective cost saving measures for the company.
• Stock management, movement of stock.
• Occasionally assist in product display, product marketing, housekeeping, customer complaints, technical and warranty issues.

Requirement:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Must have at least 1 year working experience in related field.
