Terms and Conditions for Challenger Membership Program

1. One Year Membership is at RM30 and two years memberships is at RM50.
2. The Membership is subjected to respective country current in-store policy including the terms and conditions.
3. The membership issued in Malaysia is non-transferable and is valid only in Malaysia.
4. Challenger reserves the right to change or amend and to withdraw any of the terms and conditions including the member benefits or privileges with any given notice.
5. In the event that a member fails to renew the membership upon expiration or fail to update any particular changes on the membership to the management either in person or in writing. Challenger shall not be accountable for any loss or member privileges and other resulting consequences.
6. All decisions made by Challenger are final. No correspondence will be entertained.

Guaranteed Savings on Membership Privileges

(valid for 2 years membership only)

1. Minimum saving of RM50 is guaranteed over the 2 years membership period only.
2. If total savings are less than RM50 over 2 years membership period, RM50 will be refunded.
3. All rebate claims must be completed using refund forms available at www.challenger.my or at Customer Service Counters.
4. Rebate claims wil be processed within 30 days.
5. Submission of refund form must be within 60 days from the date of the membership expiry otherwise your submission will be invalid.
6. In the event of any dispute, all decisions by Challenger are final. No correspondence will be entertained.
